If you are using IE/OE 5.5, you will need this dll in order to view
Metacreations stationery or web pages.

Once downloaded, unzip and place in your C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM folder.
To install, go to START | RUN and type in:

regsvr32.exe dxtmeta2.dll
Click OK

You will now be able to view the Metacreations Transforms.
